Cliffside
features three floors of living space. Enter on the
ground floor, and you will find an open floor plan,
including a large family room with wet bar, mini-fridge
to create your own happy hour, Italian leather couch
and love seat, bath with shower, and a queen size bed
tucked into an alcove. There is also an entertainment
center with cable television and a DVD player, and there
is internet access throughout the house.
The second floor offers
a fully equipped kitchen that a gourmet chef only dreams
about. Again an open floor plan offers a bar area for
four and dining room for six, a living room, and a bath
with shower and laundry. This floor also boasts a deck
that completely surrounds the house with outdoor furniture,
Weber grill, and outdoor propane fireplace. As this
is a pet friendly home, the deck is gated to allow your
pet the freedom of the outdoors while remaining safely
contained. There is also a lawn where pets and children
can play freely.
The third floor offers a master bedroom with king size
bed and a deck overlooking Frenchman Bay. A second bedroom
offers a queen-size bed. A separate bathroom has a shower
and Jacuzzi tub.
