With
more than the comforts of home, Sea Ledge features two
floors of living space, including front and back decks off the second floor. Off the dining room
there is a large deck facing the woods, with outdoor
furniture, Weber grill, and outdoor fire chimney. Enter
through the 8' sliding doors to an open floor plan.
Sea Ledge has a fully equipped kitchen that a gourmet
chef only dreams about. A bar counter seats four, and
the dining room, which seats eight, opens up to a living
room with fireplace and a deck facing Frenchman Bay.
For those who have a need for office space, there is
a desk and library off the living room. There is also
a half bath on this floor. The house is equipped with
cable television, a stereo and a DVD player, and internet
access throughout.
Enter through the turret to reach the third floor, where
the view is really spectacular from a spacious master
bedroom. Sleep comfortably in a king size bed and look
out over the trees at Frenchman Bay. Relax on the upper
deck and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. A private bathroom
offers a shower and Jacuzzi tub, comfortable for two.
The entertainment center features cable television and
a DVD player.
On the south side are two bedrooms, one with a queen
size bed, and one with a double bed. There is also a
separate bath with shower, and a washer and dryer.
